spec: polaroid

disclaimer: as a Ukrainian myself, it was important for me to include this part of my identity in the portfolio.

Polaroid is known for instant cameras that preserve the happiest of our memories. However, the tragedy of war makes happiness itself a distant memory.

This Polaroid campaign raises awareness about the russian invasion of Ukraine and encourages the public to help restore the lives and happiness of those affected.

Whenever someone looks up Ukraine these days, the first thing they see is destruction. It hasn’t always been this way.

Polaroid will ask Ukrainians to send their pre-war pictures with personal stories written on the back.

The QR code will lead to a microsite auctioning the pictures, and all funds will go to the Ukrainian cause to help Ukrainians return to their original state sooner.
